Latest 5-oz American the Beautiful silver quarter from the U.S. Mint commemorates Chickasaw National Recreation Area
Nestled in southern Oklahoma sits a unique area known for its cool flowing waters and bubbly mineral springs. During the scorching summers of the prairie, people have found much relief in the park's cool, shaded springs and creeks.
Chickasaw National Recreation Area, as it's formally known, has attracted visitors as a national park for over a century. It's also unique in that its founding was accomplished with the support of the Chickasaw Indian tribe. Besides protecting the area's natural treasures, the park is also a historical resource for the Chickasaws.
Now silver coin investors and collectors can enjoy stunning views of the park and invest in 5-oz silver ATB quarters at the same time. The Chickasaw issue is the 5 th ATB coin to be released this year and the 10 th overall.

- Love itSethon 6/27/12
OverallI'm a big fan of the ATB 5-ounce series. The coins are beautiful, and they're cheaper per ounce of silver than the Eagles. I like the Chickasaw design quite a bit. It creates an impression of beauty and peacefulness.
As many have stated, Provident's service and quality is outstanding.
- Great on 2 levelsJohnon 5/14/12
OverallI love how Provident prices these 5 ounce pieces. I've checked around, and their shipping fees make this the best deal around. I like the 5 ounce bullion for a few reasons. 1) the silver value
2) the coin value.
I like these more than bars due to the fact that the limited mintage should make these have a collectible value as well.
Don't pay with a credit card. Patience is a virtue. Save your $$ with a personal check. If you can't wait the 10 extra days, you don't have the patience for precious metals.
- A metals/silver portfolio must-have.Erneston 11/19/11
OverallI bought these instead of the graded ones, but they are just as pleasing to admire. The round arrives in the Air-Tite holder, which is an appreciated touch to protect this stunning piece.
I recommend buying two of each design if you can afford it. If you ever have to sell, these are too nice to give up, so keep one for yourself!

OverallI just received all 5 of the 2011 ATB five oz. coins and I am thrilled. The coins are fantastic. The size and detail are surprising and all in clear airtight cases. This was my second order from Provident and again the price and shipping was great. I will be ordering all my coins from Provident.

- Excellent conditionJohnon 10/7/11
OverallThis was the first time I had purchased from Provident, so I only bought a little to try them out. When I got my ATB, I was very impressed by the condition and thought I got a good deal for the price. I'm coming back to buy more.

OverallI'm a re-seller - had a customer purchase a new Chickasaw, submit it to NGC and received an MS-69-PL grade. They were thrilled. I was thrilled for them. Purchased right here, from Provident.
