i placed my first order with provident on 1/6 using personal check. received the order today. nice! it was worth the wait.

I used the cash discount and paid by personal check. The company honored the locked-in price per their rules of postmark within one day, even though the metals priced had increased by the time they got the check. Provident held the shipment for several days waiting for the funds to clear. Once they cleared, I received notice of shipment and the metals arrived two or three days later. The whole process from order to receipt was about 14 days.

Again, Provident followed through on their end of the deal exactly as they said they would and communicated at each step. They were a good company to do business with.

My coins were packed very well, an shipped very quickly once all money was exchanged. Very discreet packing was done as well. I highly recommend company due to there costumer service and very fair pricing.

I ordered on a Saturday, and even though the purchase order stated "Delayed", I received my order on Thursday. Talk about impressive! That "Delayed" delivery was faster than normal shipping times stated on most of the other sites I researched.

This is my third time purchasing silver and they always impress me with their service. I like how you can lock in your price online 24/7, send them a check, 10 days later u get your silver in the mail. Shipping is reasonable unlike some dealer that charges outrageous prices. Some dealer requires you to wire transfer within 24 hours after locking price which i don't have time to go the bank just to wire them money. I've look at other online dealers but provident have lower premiums. If you're looking for a true, honest dealer, look no further. I had to wait a little longer for my second order because I paid with personal check, but the service was still great. I spoke to a customer service rep about my last order and I was told that it had just shipped, about 5 minutes later I received my 'shipment confirmation' email. I paid by check, so had to wait for it to clear. My order was shipped promptly after check cleared. Difference in price for me to wait was at the time an extra ounce so it was worth it.

Made a mistake of ordering <$1000, which incurred the state tax on the sale. However silver has gone up so much in the past week that the tax has been erased.

I have used APM3X for awhile and there prices are higher and the shipping is standard nearly 15 dollars...It always took over 8-10 days even when there products are in stock.

I saw this site from a few places and was like let me give it a try and see. The coins came to me by mail within 3 days of the order and in plastic holders, ordered containers for em, and i was stumped like a WOW moment had hit me. Far as i am concerned PM has my business now they are swift and very reliant. To be honest at this moment im debating on ordering some Gold because of everything stated above.
