In a branch above, a boy looks down to his companion, seeming small against the majesty of this tree. The rim reads CANADA and 25 DOLLARS. The year is marked to the right, and two maple leaves are indicated to the left.
The obverse shows the smiling portrait of Queen Elizabeth. The words ELIZABETH II and DG REGINA are indicated to the left and right of the portrait.
This fine silver coin has a proof finish and serrated edge. It was specially crafted by Royal Canadian Mint engravers to capture the depth and texture of an afternoon at play.
