A rating of MS70 means the coin, issued in the first thirty days of release, is sent directly to the NGC for authentication and grading. MS70 stands for “Mint State 70,” indicating the coin has a perfect score — there is not a single blemish or scratch detected, even by a trained expert.

About the Perth Mint
