Designed by Pierre Leduc, the reverse features a giant wolf howling at the moon. Struck in a proof finish with a mirror-like background, the image is in full color, with an evergreen tree and stormy sky in the background. It is inscribed with CANADA 20 DOLLARS 2015.
The obverse features a portrait of Her Majesty the Queen, along with the inscriptions ELIZABETH II and D.G. REGINA.
Each coin has a diameter 38 mm, weighs 31.39 grams and has a serrated edge. It will arrive in a maroon clamshell with a standard beauty box for long-term storage and display.
