Known for its rarity and value, rhodium makes the perfect alternative investment to trendy precious metals. When diversifying your portfolio, it’s about owning a variety to ensure future wealth and stability, and the tenth ounce rhodium bar is an ideal asset for your collection.
Each bar was minted at Baird & Co. in London and is composed of 1/10 oz of .999 fine rhodium. For lasting security, your bar will be sealed in a plastic assay card from Baird Mint. Card design may vary.
The obverse of each tenth oz bar reads “Baird & Co.,” “Bullion Merchants” and “LONDON,” as well as its weight, purity and unique serial number from top to bottom. “BairdMint.com” is inscribed in the center of the reverse.
William Hyde Wollaston discovered rhodium in a South American platinum ore in 1803. The first rhodium compound discovered was a stunning rose color, and the Greek word for rhodium, “rhodon,” translates to rose. It is often used to coat white jewelry and made headlines in 1979 when Paul McCartney received a rhodium-plated disc for becoming the best-selling songwriter and artist of all time.
Rhodium is among the most prized metals due to its demand, so pick up your tenth oz rhodium bar through Provident Metals today before it’s too late. Just use our online ordering system and you'll secure your bar in just a few clicks.

- Nice barDanielon 4/11/14
OverallI love the packaging the bar came in. The bar itself is a dull white and not shiney like the picture shows. That's why I gave it a rating of 4. Other then that, I still like the bar. It's nice to know I own Rhodium. How many people can say that? Thanks Provident!
