Customized Orders: We can customize an order for your family’s specific needs including orders from a one month supply of 240 entree’s to a year’s supply of meals including 4320 serving supply kits. We also offer Outdoor Food Kits for the campers or hikers in the family, customized Grab-n-Go Meal Kits, and 72-Hour Emergency supply Kits. You can begin as small or large as your budget permits and then grow your family’s food storage and other emergency supplies with time. Your food storage is created by combinations of Grab and Go kits of breakfast and dinner entrees that are stored in stack-able, lightweight buckets. Our delicious meals are as good or better than many meals-in-a-box you already purchase at the grocery store. Those boxed meals, however, won’t last 25 years like the meals in our Mylar pouches!

Convenience: Unlike bulk food storage items that often come in heavy, 5-gallon tubs or cases of heavy cans, Wise Company vacuum packs their meals in light-weight Mylar pouches that can be used one-by-one. Conversely, opening a 5-gallon drum or #10 can of instant mashed potatoes means the clock begins ticking on their shelf life. Once opened, they must be used or wasted. They also must be regularly rotated and replaced for safety. In addition, our meals are so lightweight that a child can easily carry a one-month supply of food in one of our plastic buckets. They’re also tasty enough to be eaten as a regular part of your family’s meal preparations.
Scientific, 2-Step Storage Process: Our storage process is scientifically engineered for maximum endurance. Wise Company’s packaging process ensures that meals are airtight and safe for 25 years. They are nitrogen packed in airtight pouches and then double encased in lightweight but durable plastic containers. The residual oxygen is removed through a vacuum process and nitrogen flushing practice, giving the meals a shelf-life of 25 years--with no rotation needed. Because you won’t need to rotate the entree meals every 2 to 3 years as with other food storage items, you could save up to thousands of dollars in waste, alone. No waste, high quality, and affordable food will give you security for 25 years.
Through extensive research, Wise Company has developed a unique and innovative approach combining both dehydrated and freeze dried products to ensure shelf-life, nutritional value, and taste. Ingredients that are more expensive such as peas and other vegetables are freeze dried whereas rice and pastas, for example, actually taste better when dehydrated. Unique Storage System: Instead of using huge and cumbersome storage containers—which after opened force you to consume huge amounts of that item rapidly to prevent spoilage—we package meals in their own pouch. This eliminates waste. Basically, our unique Mylar family size 4-serving foil pouch is a small, flexible tin can that allows you to eat as much of what you want to eat when you want to eat it. But we don’t stop there. We add a step that increases the shelf life of your food by placing each grab and go meal inside air-tight, stackable buckets.
Space Saving, Stack-ability: Wise Foods goes one step further in protecting your food. We place four serving pouches into stack-able, four and five gallon square buckets. These buckets are simple to stack and store, with a special notch on the bottom to make each stack secure. You can store enough food for a family of six for an entire year in no more space than a typical washer and dryer requires! By contrast, a typical year’s supply of food will arrive in 85 cumbersome cases of heavy #10 cans--none of which are easily transportable or stack-able. Our unique storage system makes our food storage much more compact, requiring significantly less space than the traditional food storage systems and makes our food much easier to transport. Our buckets are lightweight and small enough that even a child can carry a month’s supply of food! Wise Company buckets are also easy to open and reseal, as well. Finally, once emptied, our buckets also become useful containers for other purposes such as carrying water, disposing of waste, or for storing other products.
Ease of Preparation: Hours of soaking beans or grinding wheat is time consuming and labor-intensive! Canning your own tomatoes requires great care and storage in breakable, glass jars that are full of liquid and heavy. Sometimes, all these efforts actually result in meals that aren’t appetizing for your family. Our meals are well-seasoned, hearty, and just the sort of food even your children will enjoy. Our meals require you to simply add water for savory, nutritious, and completely self-contained meals. In fact, our outdoor meal line allows you to add hot water directly to the Mylar pouch, reseal, and wait 12 minutes for a hot, hearty, and satisfying meal in the beautiful nature around you. In a pinch, our meals can also be re-hydrated using cold water with just a bit more wait time.
Affordability: Wise Company meals cost a very affordable $1.60 per serving. For a family of four with two children, this amounts to $19.20 per day or $576 per month. By contrast, the United States Department of Agriculture (August, 2011) estimates that it costs $805 to feed a family of 4 for one month if following their “low cost” plan. Eating Wise Company meals for one month would amount to a savings of $225 per month (or $2,700 per year). We are purposely keeping our prices low because we genuinely want to assist you in protecting your family while making it affordable for you to do so. It’s our mission.
