Her right hand is extended, holding a scythe to represent the human lives reaped by the apocalypse. In her left hand she holds a banner that reads “Z TWO”, and below her there is a banner that reads “Slayed Dollar”. “2019”, the third year of the apocalypse, is inscribed at the bottom of the coin.

The reverse of the Copper Slayed Dollar features a gore-splattered biohazard symbol with the inscriptions “ZOMBUCKS”, “CURRENCY OF THE APOCALYPSE”, and “1 oz .999 FINE COPPER” around the rim of the coin.
