When you purchase a 1/10 oz Gold 2020 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medal, Provident Metals has the individual medals housed inside of sealed assay presentation packs. The assay pack includes a capsule to protect the 1/10 oz gold medal and a black assay card. The card has a holographic image of Do ggae bi with authentication information on the reverse. The authentication includes information on the weight, purity, metal content, and serial number of the gold medal.
Obverse
A new Do ggae bi depiction features on the obverse field of the 1/10 oz Gold 2020 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medals for the first time in the history of the series. This image of Do ggae bi is based on a portrait of the creature currently owned by the Gyeongju National Museum of the Republic of Korea. The design shows Do ggae bi with a wry smile on its face and stronger physical features for the teeth, nostrils, and eyebrows. Two large bull horns have been added to the creature as well. Inscriptions on this side include 2020 Fine Gold 999, Republic of Korea, 1/10 Clay, and KOMSCO.
Reverse
In the latest design change to the reverse of 1/10 oz Gold 2020 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medals, KOMSCO showcases Chiwoo ready for the next battle. From beneath his empire, the Hell Gate has emerged near the Salt Lake. This gate holds back the forces of evil from the underworld and as the door bulges, the chains holding it shut are soon to break and unleash trouble. Chiwoo is standing at the ready with his armor on to lead his forces to war. Inscriptions here include Chiwoo Cheonwang.
History
The South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Series features new reverse designs of Chiwoo each year, but 2020 is the first time since the 2016 debut of the collection that the obverse design has also changed.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
