The assay pack includes a red colorized assay card and a capsule to house the medal within the pack. The assay card includes a hologram with the image of Do ggae bi, as well as the matching weight, metal content, purity, and serial number information for the gold medal. Out of the 1,000-medal mintage, just 250 medals are packaged inside of these red assay card packs.
Obverse
Do ggae bi is depicted in a new relief on the obverse of the 1/10 oz Gold 2020 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medals. This design is owned by the Gyeongju National Museum of the Republic of Korea and shows a smiling figure of Do ggae bi. In addition to the new smiling face, this design has more prominent eyebrows, nostrils, and teeth on the figure. Do ggae bi now also has bulls horns on the head. Inscriptions on this face of the gold medal include 2020 Fine Gold 999, Republic of Korea, 1/10 Clay, and KOMSCO.
Reverse
Chiwoo Cheonwang is depicted standing in front of the Hell Gate on the reverse side of 1/10 oz Gold 2020 South Korean Chiwoo Cheonwang Medals. This design captures Chiwoo as he looks on at the Hell Gate, the barrier between the mortal and immortal realms. It has emerged near the Salt Lake within his empire and Chiwoo has responded to the incident in defense of his empire, and the mortal world at large. Inscriptions on this side of the medals include only Chiwoo Cheonwang.
