NASCARs origins date back to the Prohibition era when bootleggers modified their vehicles for speed and maneuverability to evade federal agents. After World War II, these informal races turned into structured competitions, leading to the founding of NASCAR by Bill France Sr. in December 1947. Right now, 1/2 Gram Gold NASCAR Bars are available to order from Provident Metals.

Each 1/2 Gram Gold NASCAR Bar is individually sealed in a tamper-evident assay card featuring NASCAR branding. This packaging verifies the weight, purity, and metal content of the bar. These gold bars were produced in the United States by the MKS PAMP Group.
Obverse
The obverse design of the Gold NASCAR Bar features a set of checkered flags, a symbol closely associated with race victories in the sport. The NASCAR Racing emblem is also included on this side. During the 1970s, corporate sponsorships became a defining part of NASCAR, and by the 1990s, mainstream exposure skyrocketed thanks to major television deals and drivers like Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon. Inscriptions read NASCAR RACING.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 1/2 Gram Gold NASCAR Bar, a simplified version of the NASCAR logo is displayed. This side of the bar also includes essential hallmarks such as its weight and purity. Today, NASCAR continues to evolve while honoring its legacy in motorsports. The inscriptions read 0.5G, .9999, AU, and 2025 NASCAR.
History
NASCARs first official race was held on Daytona Beach in February 1948, establishing the foundation for what would become the leading stock car racing series in the U.S. Over time, NASCARs popularity grew beyond its Southern roots, building a dedicated nationwide audience.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
