Monarch Precious Metals has a reputation for striking one-of-a-kind silver bullion. Whether its silver rounds, silver bars, or other forms of silver, Monarch hand-strikes all silver items. The results of this process are silver collections that feature individual pieces that are distinctly different from the other pieces in the series. The Silver Egyptian Round is a perfect example. Provident Metals now has 1/2 oz Silver Egyptian Rounds available to you for purchase online.
When you purchase 1/2 oz Silver Egyptian Rounds from Provident Metals, the items available are in brand-new condition. These silver rounds are packaged either individually inside of protective plastic flips or in bags for multiples of 20 rounds. All of the rounds in this series have an antique polish with a rimless blank. The use of an antique polish and a rimless blank result in a product that looks as though it was chiseled out of the wall of a mausoleum in Ancient Egypt.
The obverse side of the 1/2 oz Silver Egyptian Round includes a series of hieroglyphs that focus on an Egyptian figure. The design appears to show a pharaoh who has been mummified. There are two additional Egyptian figures depicted on either side of the left-profile bust of the mummified figure that could represent the priests in charge of the mummification process.
On the reverse face of 1/2 oz Silver Egyptian Rounds is a depiction of the scarab beetle, an important figure in Ancient Egypt. The design features a winged beetle holding a small circle with the eye of Horus inside. There are other hieroglyphs featured on this side of the silver round with the Monarch Precious Metals mint mark included in the field. This mint mark is a crown made of the initials MPM. Inscriptions on this side of the silver round include 999 Fine Silver and Half Troy Ounce.
Monarch Precious Metals issues these silver rounds with designs that are purposely struck off-center on each round. The result is a distinctly different position for the design elements on each and every silver round. Monarch hand-pours and hand-stamps all of its silver products for one-of-a-kind visuals.
