Designs

On the obverse side of each 1 Gram Gold Aurum Buffalo Notes is a design inspired by the 1901 Bison Note from the United States. The image featured here is set against a green background field, similar to that of a banknote. In the center of the design, a massive bison is featured standing in left-profile relief looking toward the viewer with a stoic appearance. The full girth of the beast is evident in the design, along with its powerful horns and shaggy mane around its shoulders and neck.

The corners have inscriptions identifying the weight of the notes and the purity of the gold. The two lower corners point to the .9999 purity with notations of 24k, while the upper corners identify the weight as 1000 Milligrams. The weight is also featured below the bison as One Thousand Milligrams.

History
