The bar and card are placed inside a DUNE-themed outer sleeve. These gold bars were created by designer Sean Rogers and are limited to a total mintage of 5,000 pieces.

Obverse

On the obverse of the DUNE Gold Bar is an image of the well-known sandworms of Arrakis. In the story, sandworms play an important role in the planets natural cycle and are closely connected to the production of the valuable spice melange. The Fremen, the native inhabitants of Arrakis, hold the sandworms in deep respect and refer to them as Shai-Hulud, treating them as sacred figures tied to their culture and beliefs. The inscription here reads DUNE.

Reverse

The reverse side of the 1 Gram Gold DUNE Bar features the official logo of the Perth Mint. At the center is the Perth Swan in right-profile relief, encircled by the name of the mint. A sunburst pattern spreads outward behind the swan, filling the background of the bar. Also included on this side are inscriptions noting the bars weight, purity, and metal content. Inscriptions here read THE PERTH MINT, AUSTRALIA, 99.99%, PURE GOLD, and 1 GRAM.
