Reverse

The reverse of Germania 1 Kilo Silver Rounds contains the official emblem of Germania Mint. In this design, you will see a heraldic two-headed mythical eagle with lightning bolts in its talons. The bird appears looking both left and right, which represents considerations of both the future and the past. Inscriptions on the reverse read 80 MARK, GERMANIA. Please note, the face value listed here is nominal only.

History

Germania Mint was established in 2018 as an extension of the Kurowski Group. This company dates back to 1986 and was founded by Apolinary Kurowksi, father of the current owner of Germania Mint. Initially simply a numismatic store, the Kurowski Group now employs over 200 individuals and offers a variety of precious metals services to mints and banks across the globe.
