Arrived on the day expected. Great luster and good weight feel. They arrived in Ziploc baggies so not great as is for stacking but for the low premium that’s just fine. I will be putting a purchase of these on a regular basis in my budget

I bought one of these bars just because I was curious. It is what they say it is…a silver bar with a pretty low premium. No complaints.

My order arrived quickly even during the holiday season, the bars were individually packaged and spotless , flawless in appearance.

These come in cheap little ziploc bags. I rubber banded these together, 5 to a bundle, only to find black lines on my bars several months later. The bars themselves are great.

Unfortunately, silver has enemies. Rubber severely affects silver. Rubber corrodes silver, and it can become so deeply etched the damage can become irreversible. Raised designs can be lost permanently. Avoid using rubber bands, etc.

Well i shop at a few places that appeal to people who cant buy 100 ounces at a time. You cant beat price per 1oz bar over these. Check their competitor and all the other dealers. This by far is the best silver investment for 1oz bars I’ve seen in awhile.

For the price I don’t care what type of packaging it is in or if there is packaging at all. I really like the tight plastic seal and the condition of the bar, I especially like how inexpensive it is. Normally I’d buy gold but for the price of this metal I couldn’t resist. Now with every purchase I make with gold I’d be sure to pick up 1 or 2 of these bars. For those looking to collect in precious metals, I recommend buying these bars to start.

Don’t be fooled by the picture this is a small bar. Tho it is very nice and inexpensive. Very good condition, it can’t be perfect. Mine has one scratch on the face up side other than that very nice bar.

This bar is beautiful! The designs on the front, and especially the back, are very well done. I really like that I can order air-tites for the bars, also. Saves me from having to buy them elsewhere and pay extra shipping. This is a great, inexpensive way to add to my collection.

Every time I buy silver, I usually buy the same bars. I was curious for this style with a very low premium, and now they are my favorite. Will be buying these much more often.

These one troy ounce bars are very good quality. I ordered 3 of these and they came in a padded envelope and inside each bar was in its own plastic bag. I just ordered 5 more and look forward to getting more in the future. My reason for purchasing these is they are the cheapest 1 oz bars I could find, but to my surprise they are very quality.

I like these bars. I ordered 23 just to round one lot up to 40. There are “prettier” 1-oz bars out there, But, these are fine, and worth every penny. It took a while to get them, but I’ll be buying more of these for sure.

I purchased some of the golden state mint bars and was very impressed with the speed in delivery and with the bars themselves. These are about as plain as you can get in a bar but silver is silver I even weighed them and quite a few weighed 1/10-th over a troy oz and they looked very good ( No Scratches / Gouges )
I’ll be buying more each month and will also be buying copper bars as well.

Ordered 20 if these and they all arrived in great shape. Even arrived in custom bar holder tube. Perfect for stacking due to its low premium. Like the frost finish. It’s a little different from the JM bars which have a proof like field but very nice none the leads. Thanks again PM for great service and fast delivery.

I’m going to give this a 5 star, but not because it’s a great looking bar. The bar is very basic. I’m giving this bar a 5 star for the following 3 reasons:.

1. The bar is always available at Provident. I like to buy the same bars over and over again for collecting and stacking purposes. There are other bars that I like much better, however, Provident has a hard time keeping them in stock. When I can’t get my favorite bars, then I revert to the Golden State Mint. They are plentiful.

2. The price is right. You can’t go wrong with a low priced bar.

3. Although I prefer 5 ounce and 10 ounce bars, I believe 1 ounce bars will have their purpose for bartering. When silver jumps in value, a 1 ounce bar will be highly valuable and sought after much like the 1 gram, 5 gram, 1/10 ounce gold bars are today. 1 ounce of silver might seem measly today, but in the future, it will have great value and be highly desirable.

I bought some of these 1 oz bars – They were here timely, as promised. A good quality product. Already ordered more from Provident.

got my first batch of these a few weeks ago and they were shiny silver… next batch received yesterday had more of a milky white look to the outside. Still happy overall… will certainly buy more of these.

This is my first purchase, and I will DEFINITELY be purchasing many more. There is nothing really fancy about these bars which would increase the cost. I am purchasing them strictly for silver content. The service from Provident was excellent and I am completely satisfied..

I purchased several of these 1oz bars to hold on to. I?m just getting into metals so I started small. Bottom line is that, I have committed to ordering five every two weeks, they are a great piece. My order arrived very quickly, within 1week of ordering. Bars are everything their description says they are. These are great for creating weight, but I wouldn?t say they are anything to “collect”. I do recommend you buy some plastic cases for them as mine arrived in a zip lock. Provident has been the only place I have purchased from, and I can say they are top notch! Customer service was great and they have won my future business.

I paid with credit card so my order took a little extra time, also these bars say handling time will be longer because of high demand. but other than that I’m 100% satisfied. It weighs good. Good and clean bars. I bought 10 1oz bars for a build up of weight, not for true collection purposes. Provident is always great with orders.

This is a great, low premium, bar. It is plain and not going to win any beauty contests, but I am investing in the silver content, so no worries from me there. I ordered five bars, four of which looked like they had never been touched, one however had some handiling marks. That is the only reason for a less than perfect score. I would buy more for the right price.

No problem ordering, great pieces & just what I wanted. I have bought 5 times from Provident now and 3 times from other supplier before finding them. The pricing is better here at Provident, shipping cost is lower. They would definitely be a true 5 except for the slow processing…even with a postal money order it takes over a week to show received, another week later & it is still showing payment confirmed…I thought cash payment would be a bit faster than that but after 4 large orders (for me anyway) I know it will take 4 weeks start to finish from placing my order. A bit disappointed but my bank wants too much for a wire transfer & using a CC adds too much to the total ounces bought. All together Provident is very good to deal with. I just need to figure how best to order & cut the time to 2 wks. Thanks.

Nothing flashy; plain-jane bars. Most bars come in mylar, but these came in little individual ziploc baggies. I can’t blame Provident for that; that’s probably how they receive them. With that said, they’re still a great value. Great updates on the order from Provident. Once again, they will continue to receive my business.

I have ordered a few of these with every order from Provident so far, they are not priced very much over spot value and they look fantastic. Ever bar I’ve received has had a mirror finish and fits perfectly in the air-tite 1 oz bar case. Little bit of a burr on the top edge but an ounce of silver nonetheless.

Product arrived today and I could not be happier! The overall process time from ordering (and paying) to actual ship time seemed a little slow but that will not stop me from buying more. I am pleased and now look forward to many more purchases. Thanks!

I placed orders on 3 consecutive days. Mon, Tues, Wed. My first order was delivered on the next Saturday and I was not home to sign. When I went to the Post Office on Monday, all 3 orders were in. Great products were packaged in tamper proof packs. All in perfect condition and just as described by the young lady I talked to on the phone. Provident does have customer service. How refreshing to find a company that actually cares.

Just ordered 1 to test the quality. A little bit disappointed as mines lacked the mirror finish many have mentioned. These have a decent design, but my purpose is to stack lots of them so design are secondary. Overall 4 stars for price and practicality. -1 star for lack of luster.

I bought this bar hoping it would be a little more fine. Mine was a little rough around the top edges. The front is kind of boring, but the back of this bar is really nice. It also came in a small zip lock bag. Still good for the money.

I purchased ten bars at the intro price of 99 cents over spot. The bars arrived in great shape with each bar placed into a small zip lock bag for protection. The bars are the stardard size for one ounce bars and quaility is excellent. I have placed many orders with Provident and I’m extremely pleased . Overall these bars have great fit and finish and were in great condition….BUT they were smaller than I expected. This was my first purchase of a 1 oz. bar and would probably stick to low premium coins or larger bars from now on. The small size seemed a little underwhelming and I missed some of the ” wow” factor you sometimes get from beautiful larger pieces. The 10 ounce bar is awesome Im sure.
