The inscriptions on this side of the round include: U.S.A 1984, and The American Prospector. A circle of beads surrounds the whole design.

Reverse

For the obverse of the 1 oz Silver 1984 Prospector Round, the classic Engelhard logo is featured above to indicate its mintage. It also features the inscription Engelhard, and One Troy Ounce 999+ Fine Silver below to indicate its weight and silver content.
