The Los Angeles Clippers were founded in 1970 as the Buffalo Braves, joining the NBA as an expansion team. After relocating to San Diego in 1978, the franchise adopted the name Clippers in tribute to the sailing ships that once visited the citys harbor. Obverse
The obverse of the Silver Colorized NBA Los Angeles Clippers Round features the teams current logoa stylized sailing vessel centered within a letter C, rendered in red, white, and blue. This nautical-inspired emblem connects the franchises origins to its modern Los Angeles identity. The inscriptions include LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 1 oz Silver Colorized Los Angeles Clippers Round is the NBA logo, showing the silhouette of a basketball player dribbling inside a vertical rectangle. The timeless design has represented the leagues image for more than five decades. The inscriptions read OFFICIALLY LICENSED BY THE NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION, NBA, and ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER.
History

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
