History

The Suns of Liberty Mint was founded by a former US Army Green Beret who produced his first silver items using a small hand press that allowed him to stamp and cut silver pieces on his own. The company originally refined silver products in an apartment garage and later grew large enough to open its own manufacturing facility. The Silver Sun Squares were the first major lineup from SOLM and came in these 1 oz silver options, as well as 1/4 oz and 1/10 oz silver.
