Throughout history, the lion has been a symbol of power, leadership, and heritage. The Lion of Judah is first referenced in Genesis 49:9, where Jacob describes his son Judah as a young lion, signifying strength and dominance. This symbol became closely linked to the lineage of Judah, from which kings and, ultimately, the Messiah would come. Now, you can own a piece of this legacy with the 10 Gram Gold Lion of Judah Bar, available through Provident Metals.
Highlights:
Each 10 Gram Gold Lion of Judah Bar is housed in tamper-evident packaging with an assay card for authenticity. A digital verification element ensures the bars legitimacy, while a security film provides visible evidence of any tampering. The serial number on the bar matches the one on the assay card for added security.
Obverse
The obverse of the Gold Lion of Judah Bar highlights a bold depiction of the Lion of Judah standing on its hind legs. This left-facing design is the first in a series that will introduce new Lion of Judah visuals with each release. Behind the lion, the Walls of the Old City of Jerusalem serve as a backdrop, connecting the design to its historical and spiritual significance.
Reverse
The reverse of this 10 Gram Gold Lion of Judah Bar features the official Holy Land Mint emblem at the top, with the weight, purity, and metal content listed below in a vertical arrangement. At the bottom, a unique serial number is engraved, verifying the bars authenticity. The inscriptions read THE HOLY LAND MINT, TEN GRAMS, 999.9, and FINE GOLD.
History
In Christian teachings, the Lion of Judah represents Jesus Christ. Revelation 5:5 declares Him as “the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David,” affirming His role as the one worthy of opening the sealed scroll. This title links Him to the ancient promises made to Judah and King David, reinforcing His significance in biblical history.
