Charles E. Barber was Chief Engraver of the United States Mint for 39 years from the death of his predecessor, his father William Barber, in 1879 to his own death in 1917. Barber was one of the Mints most influential Chief Engravers and designed most of the images used on American coins during his tenure. This included the Barber Coinage range, the name assigned to the dime, quarter, and half-dollar designs used from 1892 to 1915. Provident Metals now offers you a $100 Face Value packaging of 90% Barber Silver Quarters.
