The Morgan Silver Dollar was first introduced in 1878 by the United States Mint. Designed by George T. Morgan, the coin showcased new images of Liberty and the bald eagle, marking the return of silver dollar production after a five-year pause. Morgan Dollars were struck annually from 1878 to 1904, with one final issue in 1921 following World War I. Right now, 1888-O Morgan Dollar Silver Coins are available in certified condition through Provident Metals.
