The Morgan Dollar, named after its visionary designer George T. Morgan, holds a prominent place in American coinage history. Its creation was a result of the Bland-Allison Act of 1878, which mandated the U.S. government to acquire significant amounts of silver and mint it into silver dollars.

The obverse of the 1900-O Morgan Dollars showcases a captivating depiction of Lady Liberty. This exquisite design presents Liberty in a left-profile relief, wearing a Phrygian cap, a coronet crown, and a graceful laurel wreath adorning her hair.

On the reverse side of the 1900 Morgan Dollar Coin, you’ll discover the majestic heraldic eagle design. Created by George T. Morgan, this remarkable portrayal features the eagle in a commanding front-facing relief, without the US national shield. With its wings gracefully outstretched, the eagle clutches the arrows of war and the olive branch of peace.

Morgan Silver Dollars played a crucial role in the economic history of the United States. They were a prominent part of the country’s coinage during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, representing the silver standard that was prevalent at the time.

These remarkable 1900-O Morgan Dollar Silver Coins are available in the highly coveted Mint State 65 condition. Coins with this esteemed grade exhibit a remarkable mint luster, with only a few minor contact marks or two larger marks scattered about. Some coins may display one or two small patches of hairlines.
