The obverse field of 1986-S Proof American Eagle 1 oz coins feature the striking imagery of Walking Liberty originally designed by Adolph A. Weinman. This iconic image shows Liberty in her glory with an American flag draped over one shoulder and oaken branches in her left arm. Shes walking confidently toward a sunset.
