This 1991 US Mint Prestige Proof Set comes in a display booklet that includes seven different coins. Youll receive the usual proof versions of coins used in everyday transactions: the penny, nickel, dime, quarter, and half dollar. In addition, the set includes two commemorative coins marking the 50th anniversary of Mount Rushmore. Keep in mind that while the coins themselves are in good condition, the booklet or outer packaging may show some wear.
Designs
The standout pieces in this set are the two commemorative coins honoring Mount Rushmore. The silver dollar shows the monument on the obverse and a heraldic eagle with a map of the United States on the reverse. The second coin is a clad half dollar that also depicts Mount Rushmore on the front and features an American buffalo on the back.
History
The circulation coins in the set are made using cupro-nickel and other standard metals. These include the Lincoln Cent, Jefferson Nickel, Roosevelt Dime, Washington Quarter, and Kennedy Half Dollar. Each one has the sharp finish and contrast that proof coins are known for, with frosted designs and mirrored backgrounds.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
