History

With a total mintage of 62,667 coins, the 1995 1/10 oz Proof Gold Eagle had a slightly lower mintage than the 1994 release. Notably, 30,102 of these coins were initially part of a 10th Anniversary American Eagle Set, which included all four Proof Gold Eagles and a special Proof American Silver Eagle with an S mint mark from the San Francisco Mint.
