These rounds represent the sixth release in the Silver Bug collection from Intaglio Mint. These rounds feature the image of the goliath beetle, which is one of the largest insects alive today. This species of beetle is native to Africa.

Obverse

The obverse of each round is a nod to the Silverbug Reddit community, which was the inspiration for the collection. The image features a large goliath beetle with wings and the engraving In Silver We Trust. The goliath beetle is actually both larger and heavier than these rounds. Males can be as large as 4.3 inches in length and weigh up to 3.5 ounces.

Reverse
