Obverse Design
The obverse of the Silver Bug Scarab Beetle Silver Round features a detailed and ultra-high relief image of the scarab. There are deep-domed radial bursts on the design. The stippled finish board includes the words All Hail the Silver Bug above the beetle, and the In Silver We Trust motto of the Silver Bugs beneath it.
Reverse Design
The reverse of the Silver Bug Scarab Beetle Silver Round features the Intaglio Mint logo. The logo contains a Romanesque pillar that is in the shape of a capital letter I, which of course stands for Intaglio. The reverse also features engravings that detail the year of the mint, and its name. The weight, purity, and metal content of the round are engraved around the outer field of the design.
