Obverse
Ian Rank-Broadley’s 1998 design of Queen Elizabeth II in right-profile relief graces the obverse side of the 2007 Australian Koala Silver Coins. The design is an enduring favorite and has been used for over 20 years, featuring the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. Inscriptions on this field include ELIZABETH II, AUSTRALIA, 2007, and 1 DOLLAR.
Reverse
The 2007 Koala 1 oz Silver Coin’s reverse side displays a detailed representation of the koala. The design shows the marsupial clinging to a branch of a eucalyptus tree. The intricate design of the coin includes various textures and dimensions that provide contrast across the field. Inscriptions include 1 OZ 999 SILVER.
History
After the 2007 release of Australian Koalas, these coins were offered in subsequent years with 1 Kilo, 10 oz, and 1/2 oz silver options as well. As of 2016, however, only 1 oz and 1 Kilo coins are offered each year.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
