Obverse
On the obverse of the 2011-W Burnished American Eagle Silver Coins is the iconic Walking Liberty, symbolizing America’s journey towards a brighter future, depicted with the American flag draped around her shoulders. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, 2011, and IN GOD WE TRUST.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2011-W Burnished Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin showcases the heraldic eagle of the United States, modified by John Mercanti in 1986 for these coins. This symbol has graced American coins since the inaugural strikes in 1794 at the old Philadelphia Mint. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, 1 OZ. History
The 2011 release of the Burnished American Silver Eagle is noteworthy as it marked the series’ return after a two-year hiatus. The Great Recession led to unprecedented highs in precious metal prices, causing the US Mint to struggle in sourcing enough silver blanks to produce the bullion version of the American Silver Eagle.

Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
