Provident Metals’ eager investors can now get their hands on the highly anticipated 2012 Chaco Culture ATB, each containing 5-Ounces of .999 Pure Silver. The handsome coin celebrates the Chaco Culture National Historical Park, an enormous body of ancient pueblos constructed by native people as a center for worship, study and trade.
Located in northwestern New Mexico in a canyon carved by Chaco Wash (a periodic stream that cut through Chaco Canyon), the site served as a cultural hub from AD 900 – 1150. The area boasts some of the largest buildings erected in the western hemisphere prior to the 19th century, along with a series of ancient roads, dams and irrigation systems. In 1987, the park was classified a World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (widely referred to as UNESCO).
The America the Beautiful bullion series features fifty-six national parks, forests and monuments–one from every state or territory (including American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and the US Virgin Islands). The Chaco Culture ATB is the twelfth in its series, the second released in 2012. Commissioned by America’s Beautiful National Parks Coin Act of 2008, the coin series is released alongside the circulating clad quarters program. Each silver coin has a three-inch diameter, making it the largest bullion coin issued by the United States Mint.
Whether to diversify your holdings or to purchase a coin honoring sacred ancestral lands of the Hopi and Pueblo people, America the Beautiful Silver Coins are an affordable way to invest in your future. Furthermore, our secure online ordering system ensures the safety of your personal information, while your order arrives swiftly at your door.

"
This was part of my 5th order from Provident. Beautiful coin, fair price and great service. I should have ordered sooner before some other ATB coins were sold out..."

"
While the front side is rather boring (it looks exactly like a modern quarter), the Chaco Canyon design on the back is stellar! Having visited Chaco, I greatly appreciate the attention to detail in the masonry, and it's a nice representation of the site overall. I was a bit perplexed at first when I didn't initially see the content struck into the coin (if you can call it that- it's huge!), after finding it struck on the side of the coin, I thought it a good choice, as it didn't take distract from the beautiful back design. Generally I'm not terribly interested in collectibles, but being both a good investment and beautiful, I'm pleased."

"
I stumbled across this coin on accident, but since I live in New Mexico and have visited Chaco Canyon on a few different occasions, I had to make the purchase. The quality is excellent and the price is good."

"
I count on Provident to satisfy my bullion needs, and they never fail to deliver. Very highly recommended firm. I have bought several of the 2011 ATB 5oz. quarters and now this one. It's not my favorite of this year's designs, but the quality is outstanding. The kiva, canyon walls have a strong 3D effect from the shiny, mirrored elements and gives it a grandeur that is completely absent from the regular-sized coin. I will be making many more purchases from PM for all my bullion."
