I loved this coin when I first saw it and began to collect silver coins etc. It is a picture of peace, and sharing between wild animals. They seem to be enjoying each others company. It is a lovely coin and one of my favorites..

coin itself is beautiful. I bought a sheet. some of the plastic capsules were opened and seperated. one of the caplsule was broken. coins inside the sheet were fine though. I guess it was package issue.

It came with sealed in a see thru plastic bag. I always like to draw pandas, they are just so cute. The coin is so beautiful, under all kind lighting. Can’t put it down, I can just look at it for long time. Really add more joy to my life. So happy getting one.

This is thee most beautiful coin of any I have seen. The photo does not do the coin justice. I can see my reflection on the temple side of the coin. I know silver is silver, but all I can say, this is the LAST coin I will sell, if ever.

I bought a handful of these coins for the first time and I will definitely be adding many more to my collection in the near future. The quality is second to none and the design is on par with the American Eagles. A must have for any silver stacker!

This coin is absolutely beautiful. It reminds us with what kind of beautiful species we share our planet. How scarce and limited are the resources, particularly oil which is essential in the extraction of silver at an industrial scale. Access to hard asset will become harder and harder as we will progressively run out of energy resources. Invest now before it is too late!!

Chinese definitely got this right!! This is absolutely the most beautiful coin I have seen. I buy my silver mostly for financial investment but I do prefer to get coins from national mints, and out of the 15 or so coins I have from different national mints, this is the best. From now on when I buy more silver I will be buying these instead of Silver Eagles. Highly recommend!!!!

Not everything that comes out of China is junk. This is a classy coin. Worth the money (until next year). Get em’ while you can. Great investment if your a coin collector. Hey Provident….good job as usual!

Most beautiful silver coin around in my opinion. Not sure whats up with the reviews about them being underweight. Mine weighs about the same as the maple leafs, silver eagles, and actually slightly more than the libertad I compared it with. Wish I had the money to buy more with silver under $20 right now!

These guys go up in value as time progresses and looks more awesome in person than online photos. They are shinny like proof sets and come with a plastic capsule (just like the proof sets) that usually go for $55 plus. Pay with check/money order and avoid the surcharges here.

Shipping was reasonably fast. Packaging was good. Price was fair. Product in good condition!

Very nice coin, almost proof like. My only very slight complaint is that the plastic capsules don?t seem to fit all that great. They jiggle around when doing a coin flip. Obviously this isn?t PPM?s fault as these are capsules from the mint. Maybe I?m picky, but I think they should change the capsule. Anyway, besides that they are beautiful and shipped pretty quickly considering I paid via snail mail. PPM is now my go-to company! Glad I accidently discovered them while searching for fractional silver. Thanks!

The 2013 Silver Panda is spectacular. Almost proof quality in an airtight case. Provident has done it again – great coins, fair prices and excellent service. I would give this coin 10 stars!

Designs are great, detail on everything is just perfect and clear. Looking at previous years of pandas, they are more in demand and premiums are really high so get them while they are cheap!

Well worth the premium, a beautiful coin. I was so impressed I decided to order a 2011 and added an alert for the 2012. My fiance loves pandas and this was a home run for me on the home front.

A little on the pricey side, but arrived in proof quality condition, each in air-tight case. Probably not good for stacking if your just after silver bullion since the premium is higher. Overall a beautiful coin for any collection though.

I am brand new to stacking and silver investing. This coin exceeded my expectations. It is highly polished, appears proof like as I can see my reflection, and the artwork is astounding. It has become my favorite so far. A brilliant and fantastic coin. I highly recommend it. I got mine at a great price too. Delivery took 10 days from order time to in hand. I don’t know if that is what is regularly expected, but I am happy with my coin and Provident Metals did a great job packaging. I will certainly buy more!

WHY do we pay such high premiums on these? Because we love them, that’s why. The Pandas are just so amazing, and it’s fun to collect them year after year. I have to keep reminding myself that I’m not buying silver for ascetic purposes, but it’s hard to remember that when I look at the Pandas. Buy!

I am very happy with the coins I purchased through Provident. The 2013 Chinese Silver Panda is a stunning coin.

However, unlike the American Silver Eagle, or Austrian Philharmoniker (which were both over 1.0 ozt), the Silver Panda was slighly underweight (0.999 ozt, or 31.0689g).

I work at a pharmacy, and have accurate scales. Stastically, its not significant, but if the Chinese mint created 10 million coins, all 31.1mg underweight, then that’s 10,000 ozt unaccounted for!

Like a lot of products coming out of China, quality control is an issue. So, a great coin for your collection, but I would invest the majority of your silver in ASE, AP, etc….

These coins are amazing! They have great detail and they seem to be among the best coins every year. I love that the design changes every year. Each coin seems to be better than the previous. Highly collectible coin, get one while you can!

Have to agree with January 27, the pair I received had the proof-like mirrored appearance on the blank areas – as did the Australia Perth Mint coins received previously – unlike the Silver Eagles. The pictures do NOT do it justice. Will continue ordering from Provident.

Went to local coin show, and saw 2013 Silver Pandas at $20.00 higher price premium!! My guess is the seller buys from Provident also…no other way to get them faster than this web-site!!

These are listed as “brilliant uncirculated”, but mine sure looks to me like proof-quality. I bought one mostly for sentimental reasons and curiousity, but after receiving it, if I’d known how pretty it is in person, I’d have bought one for its beauty alone.

It’s great that the Bank of China decided to actually mint more of the silver Pandas as an investor coin instead being a pure collectible coin. I’ve started buying them in small quantities now and then from Provident, and the quality is superb as always. A lower premium is much appreciated, too. Got my small batch of ’13s today and am really impressed with the quality of the coins and the speed and friendliness of the folks at PM. Will definitely be stacking more of these away in the coming months. Thank you again!
