In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

"I have purchased precious metals from PM before and have always been pleased with the price and quality of their product and the professionalism of their customer service so when it came time to take my investments to the next level I didn't think twice about placing this order for a Monster Box of ASEs with them. My initial evening email inquiry resulted in a follow up phone call the next morning. My work precludes me from doing much of my personal business during "normal" working hours so the service rep left a helpful voice mail for me and when I had a chance to call back it was again after hours (6 p.m.). I got a different representative who was also as courteous and professional as I've become accustomed to in all my interactions with PM. I placed my order and requested that it be mailed via USPS as there is a Post Office right across the street from where I live and very convenient for me to visit when I need to sign for packages. The rep told me that would not be a problem. From that point on the transaction was as smooth as I expected. I mailed my check which cleared in the forewarned 5 business days and received email notification with my USPS tracking number the next day. A few days later I walked to my PO and signed for the package. Easy as you please. I continue to be impressed with PM and plan to do all of my PM business with them in the future. They are an outstanding company and I sincerely appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers!"
