Two overlapping maple leaves designed by Canadian artist Arnold Nogy highlight the reverse of each coin. A gold maple leaf projects above a silver leaf on a polished, proof finish. The foliage is flanked on either side by 2014 and 9999. CANADA, FINE SILVER and ARGENT PUR are embossed along with the coin’s weight.
Susanna Blunt’s effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is portrayed on the obverse. ELIZABETH II, D.G. REGINA and the denomination is inscribed.
