Star Trek: Enterprise was the fifth series in the Star Trek franchise. Based on the world created by Gene Roddenberry, Enterprise followed the adventures of Captain Archer and his USS Enterprise crew. This show was set as a prequel before the original Star Trek series. Obverse
The obverse design of each of the coins features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The fourth-generation portrait of Her Majesty was completed in 1998 by Ian Rank-Broadley. Her Majesty is surrounded by engraved text that includes that include her name, the nation of issue, year of issue, and the face value of the coin.
Reverse
The reverse design of the Captain Archer coin features a colorized image of Scott Bakula, who played the role of Captain Jonathan Archer. The reverse of the USS Enterprise coin features the image of the Enterprise, against a colorized backdrop of a mountainous planet.
