The 2016 Canadian $8 Bison 1.25 oz Silver Coin offered in this listing are near-perfect specimens according to the NGC. Coins with a Mint State 69 grade are characterized by the presence of full, original mint luster, but may also feature a maximum of two minor detracting flaws.

Obverse
The obverse bears the 2003 depiction of Queen Elizabeth II created by Susanna Blunt. Her Majestys name, the phrase D.G. Regina, and the coins face value are engraved. Both sides of the coin feature enhanced security features of Royal Canadian Mint products, particularly the micro-laser engraved radial lines and the maple leaf privy on the reverse.
Reverse
On the reverse face of the coin, youll find the stunning image of a bison as it drinks from a cool stream in the foothills, with massive mountain peaks visible in the background. Engravings include Canada 2016 above and Fine Silver 1 oz Argent Pur below.
