The Australian Wedge Tailed Eagle Series debuted in 2014 and has since captured the imagination of collectors worldwide. Coins are issued in BU and proof strikes in both silver and gold. The reverse image remained the same from 2014 to 2015. The design was changed for the 2016 and 2017 coins. New reverse images have been displayed annually since 2018.
