The 2017 1 oz Silver Niue Hawksbill Turtle Coin is the most recent release from the Niue Mint. Each Silver Turtle is made of one troy ounce of .999 fine silver and carries a face value of two dollars (New Zealand). A proof-like finish on the classic Hawksbill Turtle design makes for a striking coin. Like other sovereign minted coins, Silver Turtles are eligible for most precious metals IRA accounts, adding another layer of diversification to your silver bullion collection.
On the Silver Turtle’s obverse, you will find a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain’s longest reigning monarch. Inscriptions include “ELIZABETH II,” “NIUE,” “TWO DOLLARS,” and “2017.”
The coin’s reverse features an artistic rendering of the endangered Hawksbill Turtle, which is native to the waters of New Zealand and Micronesia. Bubbles float around the turtle, over a textured background. Inscriptions include “TURTLE” and “FINE SILVER .999 1 OZ.”
Coins ship in brilliant uncirculated condition, as received from the mint. Single coins ship in a plastic flip and quantities of 20 ship in plastic mint tubes.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
