The Queens Beast Series from the Royal Mint of England features beasts with ties to the royal families. The Unicorn of Scotland coin is the 4th release in the series and the first release in 2018. Today, you can purchase the 2018 British Queens Beast Unicorn 1/4 oz Gold Coin in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition.

Each coin in this listing is in BU condition. Coins that are in BU condition will have no signs of wear and tear, however, you might see minor flaws like breaks in the luster and spotted surfaces. Contact marks are also acceptable.
Obverse
The obverse of each showcases the latest effigy of Queen Elizabeth II as portrayed by Jody Clark in 2015. Jody Clark is the youngest Royal Mint engraver to ever develop the Queens portrait at just 33.
Reverse
The reverse the 2018 British Queens Beast Unicorn 1/4 oz Gold Coin features the Unicorn of Scotland standing on its hind legs. It has a massive chain that is linked to a crown around its neck. It also has a royal shield with the Lion of England on it. The unicorn is considered as a representative creature of Scotland.
History
The Royal Mint started the Queens Beast series with the Lion of England coin. Since then, they have released the Griffin of Edward II, and the Red Dragon of Wales coins in both gold and silver. In silver, these coins are 1 oz. The gold coins may be either 1 oz or 1/4 oz.

Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
