The obverse depicts the new Jody Clark portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Engravings include “Elizabeth II,” “Australia,” and “1 Dollar”.
The 2019 reverse features the iconic kookaburra perched on a tree overhanging a shimmering waterway, with the setting Australian sun in the background. Inscriptions include “AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA”, the Perth Mint’s “P” mint mark, and the coin’s weight, purity, and year of issue.Each coin’s reverse also features a security feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter within the coin’s AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA heading, which is only detectable under a magnifying glass.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. I received my five new 2019 Australian Kookaburra coins yesterday. I won't discuss too much about the shipping (fast!) and the packaging (excellent and secure!), because other people have covered that all over the Provident website. Instead, let's talk about the coin.
This coin is absolutely beautiful. Both sides were practically flawless, with no visible blemishes that I could see either with my naked eye or with magnification. All five came in individual plastic capsules, not coin flips like I expected, which was great (I may replace the capsules anyway, because they do rattle a bit inside the capsules). 5 out of 5, would definitely buy these again." |

First time ordering. got a little nervous seemed to be taking a little to long for my check to clear and order to ship. I called customer service, wasn't satisfied, ask to talked to a manager. While talking to a manager I expressed my concern that the check I had sent was 2 weeks pay for me. The manager was a young lady who calmed my nerves. ( I'm over 60 so I can be a little grumpy) She emailed the next day lettiing me know she had found my order and it was shipping out that day. I received it in 3 days. I'm very grateful to all the people at Provident. I have order 3 more times, each order processed and shipped in a timely manner. Provident Hass Great Customer Service, Great Prices and a Great choice of product. Being over 60 I have to shop for value, as I can't afford to make mistakes. The people Provident are very good at what they do. Be patient they'll take good care of you. All you have to do is call and ask for help.
