This right-profile bust of Her Majesty depicts the Queen with the George IV State Diadem Crown, earrings, and a necklace around her neck. Reverse
On the reverse side of 2019 British Virgin Islands Frosted Una and the Lion Silver Coins is a depiction of the famed Una and the Lion coin design. Derived from a poem, the image was once used on a British coin during the reign of Queen Victoria in the 19th century. In this design, Queen Victoria walks alongside the lion on its left leading it forward with a scepter in one her right hand wearing a crown on her head.
History

Queen Elizabeth II is the great-great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria and is now the longest-reigning monarch in British history having been on the throne since 1952.
