Obverse Design

The obverse design of the 2019 Tuvalu Hulk Marvel Series 1 oz Silver Coin features the fourth-generation portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. First introduced on English coins in 1998, this design was commissioned by the Royal Mint of England and completed by sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley. This design is widely used on the obverse design of many coins across the Commonwealth.

Reverse Design

The reverse design of the 2019 Tuvalu Hulk Marvel Series 1 oz Silver Coin is the Hulk himself. The Hulk is pictured against a rough background, poised with his fist in the air, as if getting ready to strike out at an enemy. With his trademark phrase Hulk smash in mind, one could almost imagine that the Hulk is getting ready to smash into something in this image.

These coins, issued by the Perth Mint, arrived in BU condition. They are protected in blister pack cards that feature vibrant artwork. On one side of the card is the vibrant green Hulk, the aggressive alter ego of mild-mannered Bruce Banner. The flip side of the card features details about the coin, to include the printed weight, metal content, purity, date mark and the total mintage of the release.
