The obverse side of the Canadian Silver Maple Leaf showcases the image of Queen Elizabeth IIs portrait as created in 2003 by Susanna Blunt. You will also see a unique border field of stars and maple leaves to honor the collaboration.

Reverse

On the reverse of the American Silver Eagle Coin, you will notice the image of the heraldic eagle of the United States. This image was modified for use on these coins in 1986 by John Mercanti.

On the reverse of each Canadian Silver Maple Leaf is the sugar maple leaf design created by Walter Ott. You will also see the star and maple leaf border on this side of the coin as well.
