Obverse

The obverse face of the 2020 Armenian Noahs Ark 1 oz Silver Coin includes the national coat of arms for the Republic of Armenia. The national seal includes a quartered shield with the support on the external sides of the heraldic eagle and heraldic lion of Armenia. If you look closely at the shield, the first two quadrants house the eagle and the lion as well. The center of the shield has a smaller section with a depiction of Noahs ark as it came to rest on top of Mount Ararat.

Reverse

On the reverse side of 2020 Armenian Noahs Ark 1 oz Silver Coins is a design showcasing the final days of Noahs Ark as it floats on the floodwaters. After 40 days and 40 nights, God halted the rains that had inundated the Earth. As the water began to subside, land became visible and Noah would send out doves in search of suitable dry land. On the day that a dove returned with an olive branch, he knew there was accessible dry land somewhere. Later, when the dove did not return, he knew there was dry land for all.
