The 2020 Proof American Eagle release from the United States Mint included two coins with a V75 privy mark on the obverse. This privy mark featured on both the Proof American Eagle Silver Coin and Proof American Eagle Gold coin in 2020. The coins had commemorative mintage levels of 75,000 for the silver release and 1,945 for the gold release. Provident Metals currently has near-perfect 2020-W V75 Privy Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins available to you for purchase online.
Highlights:
When you purchase a 2020-W V75 Privy Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin through this Provident Metals listing, you will receive a near-perfect coin with a PR69 grade. Coins at this grade level showcase full, original mint luster with no more than two minor flaws present. A coin with this grade cannot feature flaws any greater in nature than minuscule contact marks or hairlines. These flaws must be located outside the primary focal points of the coin.
Provident Metals offers these coins with the potential for additional labels to be present as well. These include the DCAM and First Strike designations, for example. DCAM coins are those with strong, frosted designs and deeply-mirrored, clear fields. First Strike coins are items received by the PCGS for grading within 30 days of release by the US Mint.
Please remember we cannot guarantee the presence of these additional labels. While all coins are guaranteed to have the PR69 designation, the other labels are available at random. All coins are selected from in-stock items at the time your payment clears. We will select coins at random at that point to fulfill your order. As such, you may receive coins with a mixture of labels or all the same labels when you buy several.
Obverse
The obverse of 2020-W V75 Privy Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins comes with a depiction of Walking Liberty, Adolph A. Weinmans classic 1916 design that graced the US half dollar until 1947. The inscriptions on this face include Liberty, In God We Trust, and 2020.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2020-W V75 Privy Proof American Eagle Silver Coins is the heraldic eagle design from John Mercanti. The eagle holds the arrows of war and the olive branch of peace in its talons, with the US national shield in front of its chest and a triangular cluster of 13 stars above its head. Inscriptions on this side read United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, 1 oz. Fine Silver – One Dollar, and the W mint mark from the West Point Mint.
History
The V75 Privy mark release from the US Mint marks the 75th anniversary of World War IIs conclusion. The coins have a privy mark on the obverse with V75 inscribed within a shape reflecting the Rainbow Pool.
