For the 35th anniversary of the American Eagle Silver Coin series, the United States Mint plans to introduce a new reverse design to replace the heraldic eagle with a modern twist on the American bald eagle design. Before it debuts in mid-2021, the US Mint is striking 2021 American Eagle Silver Coins with the original design still on the reverse.

With your purchase of the 2021 American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin Monster Box, you receive a green United States Mint Monster Box with a total of 500 individual silver coins inside. The coins are packaged in multiples of 20 with US Mint acrylic tubes numbering 25 in total. All of the coins in this Monster Box are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, with a total of 500 Troy oz of .999 pure silver and a face value of $500 (USD). Monster Boxes are sealed shut by the US Mint with straps.
Obverse
On the obverse side of the 2021 American Eagle Silver coin is a depiction of Walking Liberty. This left-profile bust of Libertys full figure was designed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman. The image shown here captures Liberty walking right-to-left across the design field with her right hand outstretched and her left hand carrying branches of oak and laurel. The American flag is draped over her shoulder. The inscriptions read Liberty, In God We Trust, and 2021.
Reverse
The reverse face of the coin features the heraldic eagle of the United States for the final time on the American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin. The heraldic eagle was first created in 1794 and was modernized most recently by John Mercanti in 1986 for the debut of this coin series. The image featured here shows the bald eagle with the heraldic shield of the US on its chest, arrows of war in one talon, and the olive branch of peace in the other. The inscriptions on this side include United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, and 1 oz 999 Fine Silver One Dollar.
History
By mid-2021, the US Mint will have its new reverse design selected and dies made for striking new versions of the 2021 American Eagle. Until then, the US Mint will start the year with its iconic existing designs paired together one last time.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
