Obverse
The obverse side of 2021 Australian Lunar Ox 1/4 oz Gold Coins includes an image of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is featured at the age of 89 in this design from Jody Clark. Developed in 2015, it rolled out across Australian coins from the Perth Mint between 2018 and 2020, with the Lunar Series III the last coins to get the new design. Inscriptions on this face of the coin read Elizabeth II, Australia, 1/4 oz 9999 Au, and 25 Dollars.
Reverse
On the reverse face of 2021 Australian Lunar Ox Gold Coins is the latest design from Ing Ing Jong in the series. The adult ox is shown standing near bamboo stalks with its powerful figure on full display in the design element. Ing Ing Jong has designed several Lunar Series coins since 2013 when she completed her first work on the 2013 Year of the Snake coins in the Lunar Series II collection. Inscriptions on this side include Ox 2021 and a Chinese symbol for the ox.
History
The Lunar Series III collection launched in 2020 with the Year of the Mouse design. The gold in the series includes the aforementioned fractional-ounce coins, a 1 oz coin and a 2 oz coin. The proof gold series offers 1 oz, 1/4 oz, and 1/10 oz gold coins for collectors of the series as well.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
