She wears the George IV State Diadem in this effigy, which was created by Jody Clark in 2015. This is the final portrait of Her Majesty used on Australian coinage before her passing. The inscriptions read ELIZABETH II, AUSTRALIA, and 25 DOLLARS.
Reverse
