When you purchase 2021 Canadian Maple Leaf 1/10 oz Gold Coins from Provident Metals, you will receive your coins packaged either individually or in the Royal Canadian Mints original packages of 40 coins each. Individual coins come with protective plastic flips. Multiples of 40 coins are available inside of sealed sheets. All of the coins offered here are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
Obverse
The obverse field of the 2021 Canadian Maple Leaf 1/10 oz Gold Coin comes with a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II. Designed in 2003 by Susanna Blunt, this right-profile portrait of the Queen is the fourth-generation bust of the reigning English monarch to grace Canadian coins. The portrait shows the Queen at the age of 79 without a crown, a first during her reign. Inscriptions include Elizabeth II and 5 Dollars 2021.
Reverse
On the reverse side of 2021 Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coins, you will find the image of the sugar maple leaf. This depiction of the sugar maple leaf captures the natural striations and lines of the maple leaf. It is flanked by inscriptions of Canada, 9999, and Fine Gold 1/10 oz Or Pur. This design was created in 1979 by Walter Ott for the debut of the series.
History
Canadian Maple Leaf 1/10 oz Gold Coins were the third option introduced into the series. The collection launched in 1979 with a 1 oz gold coin only. In 1982, the 1/4 oz and 1/10 oz gold coins were introduced. Since that time, the 1/10 oz gold coin has been available every year from the Royal Canadian Mint. Founded in 1908, the Royal Canadian Mint is the sovereign mint of Canada and operates branch facilities in Ottawa and Winnipeg.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
