Obverse
Queen Elizabeth II is found on the obverse side of 2021 Colorized Republic of Ghana Alien Silver Coins. The design shows the Queen in right-profile relief wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. Ian Rank-Broadley developed this effigy of Her Majesty in 1998 for the Royal Mint of England. The design field includes several crop circle patterns in varying rings around the Queen. Inscriptions include REPUBLIC OF GHANA, 2021, 1 TROY OUNCE, 5 DOLLARS, and 999 FINE SILVER.
Reverse
For the reverse design of 2021 Colorized Republic of Ghana Alien 1 oz Silver Coins, the mint features a depiction of an alien standing in the foreground as a manmade rocket lifts off from Earth in the distance. The alien is looking back over its shoulder at you with glowing, blue-green eyes. The field of the coin is plated with rhodium and has a deep, black finish. The only inscription on this face of the coin is the haunting message WE ARE HERE.

The new Republic of Ghana Alien Series is privately minted in the United States. The Scottsdale Mint offers the coins in 1 oz silver with proof colorized, proof rhodium-plated, antique, and BU options, as well as a 1 oz gold BU option.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
